December , 1996	Construction of a 20,000 tons/year Aromatic petroleum resin plant began in Ping Nan Industrial Park through technical cooperation with FUCC and Yung Tung Company.
October ,1997	The C9 Aromatic petroleum resin was commenced and began running.
