FUCLEAR FP-100 RESIN
FUCLEAR FP-100 is a water–white hydrogenated C9 hydrocarbon resin with the characteristics of high softening point, low melt-viscosity and narrow molecular weight distribution, which is developed by FORMOSAN UNION CHEMICAL CORP. using its proprietary.
As the tackifier, it exhibits wide compatibility with most elastomers and shows excellent thermo-stability. FUCLEAR FP-100 is available for customer select to be used many applications of various fields, especially in hot melt adhesive and pressure sensitive adhesive application.
Application :
FUCLEAR is highly compatible with EVA resin ,can produce low cloudy and high transparent hot melt glue ,with well-balance adhesion properties.
Because its raw material from C9 petroleum resin, FUCLEAR has the similar solubility parameter as SBC copolymer and has excellent thermo- stability. It is very suitable to formulate SBC base hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive used, especially in diapers and sanitary napkin application.
FUCLEAR, with wide compatibility to various elastomers, Like NR, SBR, IIR and SBC, also can used in pressure sensitive adhesive to produce high qualities tape and label products.
